Composers' Club Concerts, Spring 2016
At the end of every semester, Pacific?s Composers? Club puts on two concerts that premiere the works of student composers by students in the Chamber Music program. This always-unique concert series highlights the work done in private lessons by composition students and gives them a taste of the reality of working with performers, varying skill-sets, and strict deadlines, as well as the reward of seeing one?s own music performed. Additionally, performers involved with the Composers? Club Concerts get valuable experience with new music and collaboration with living composers.
