Professors from engineering, law, history and the geosciences will discuss the idea of the Anthropocene, the significance of naming a new geologic age, what it means for our environmental policies and what demands this era will place on our water management systems in California. Panel includes: Professors Laura Rademacher, Karrigan Bork, Arturo Giraldez, Mary Kay Camarillo and Rachael Salcido. This annual lecture series hosted by College of the Pacific.
