University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music Presents University Concert Band

In their spirit of education and collaboration with young music students, the University Concert Band will be performing with the Johansen High School concert band (Modesto, CA). About University Concert Band: University Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Eric Hammer, is a non-auditioned ensemble open to students of all majors. As an educational environment, University Concert Band also serves as a place for the practical training of Music Education graduate students in conducting, running rehearsals, and all other aspects of running a large music group. Concert Band performs a mix of traditional band literature and standards of contemporary band music.
