Bilingual Receptionist/ personal Assistant

MG Financial, Tax & Accounting, Inc. is looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people. This person will be an important part of our office and often the first point of contact for our clients, so strong communication and people skills are very important to us.

Spanish & English bilingual is required. Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PDFs, and Outlook is helpful. Tax experience is not required — we’re happy to train the right person and introduce them to the tax and accounting side of our firm.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow with us.

Tax season (February–April 15) requires approximately 40–55 hours per week, with a more flexible schedule throughout the rest of the year. We are tentatively looking for someone to begin training in November.
