Human Resources Coordinator

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) is a vital member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of people-related processes. This role bridges administrative efficiency with employee engagement, requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset. The HRC works closely with the HR manager, and other department leaders to deliver consistent HR support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, training, employee engagement, employee relations and more. The HRC will closely monitor and manage the daily workflow of the HR team.
