Director of Capital Programs
Under general direction from the Executive Director, the Director of Capital Programs (Director) is responsible for highly complex capital projects in the areas of commuter and intercity rail related to the San Joaquins and ACE Rail Corridors. The capital program covers a large geographic portion of Northern California and projects are primarily within the existing freight rail right of way on the Class I Railroads.
